On the Right: The new 90 m3 test chamber, located next to the 300 m3 chamber, constitutes a homogeneous and exceptionally effective testing unit.
Following the expansion work on our Pusignan site, the areas have been redistributed. The new modeling workshop allows access for large-gauge vehicles. The technicians from our Technical Intervention Department carry out the implementation of prototypes and the instrumentation of the vehicles before testing in a climatic test chamber.
A frame lift allows for working comfortably on vehicles weighing up to 4.2 tons.
Thermoforming activities now benefit from a dedicated space that will ensure their development linked to the manufacture of specific HVACs or housings meeting very small batch production needs.
The production lines integrate compliance with lean manufacturing principles. They can manage more than 80 production orders per day, with an industrial organization that ensures both flexibility and rigor.
